I've made a mistake on my order what do I do?

We use both Royal Mail and DPD for orders

How do I know my order has been shipped out? 

As soon as you've placed your order, you will receive an email conformation. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive another email with tracking information 

How do I track my order?

Simply click on the link in your email confirmation or use the Royal Mail or DPD website enter the code and track away

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! We ship with Royal Mail and DPD

What is your returns policy?

Due to the perishable nature of the product we do not accept returns. If for any reason your order has been damaged or wrong items have been sent we will replace them

Are your products vegan, vegetarian, halal, gluten or nut free?

We advise that you are to always read the product information for ingredients, nutrition, dietary claims and allergens before purchasing. Please note we use shared equipment and therefore cannot guarantee that products may suffer cross contamination with other products that contain allergens. What is the subscription box?

The subscription service allows you to have a regular fun delivery of surprise candy weekly, fortnightly or monthly. We've made it easy and flexible, so you can pause or cancel at any time

Do you offer any birthday boxes?

Absolutely! Our Birthday boxes contain 12 sweeties picked by you with an option for gift wrap and box and priority shipping. You will find this option on the gift section

Simply choose the size box you'd like from the drop box options. Each size has a maximum number of sweets. You then scroll down and click on the sweets in boxes you'd like. When you click you'll see them appear unhighlighted. Ensure all sweets you have chosen appear on checkout and on the confirmation email.
